Lum’s GMC is the place to go if you’re looking for a car. They have gone overboard in taking care of us when an hour or so after leaving the dealership the check engine light came on. They’ve taken the car in to be repaired AND provided us with a loaner while they have our car!

Worked with a bunch of people starting a couple days before actually ending up on the lot. Communication was great. I ask a LOT of questions and they were patient. Sales guys Micah and Patrick were great! Jake and Christina on the management and administrative side were equally as good. Very satisfied. Worth the 3 hour drive!!

Unfortunately, my vehicle had too much work that needs to be done in order to sell it to LUMS GMC but Jonny gave me his contact and extra advice on how to get things moving. You would have had a 5 star posting, however your texts were over the top. We don't need to receive texts 5 times when our truck is getting basic service.
They have fixed my newer gmc a few times and have offered to run codes no cost. Super nice, maybe not always helpful due in part to parts department not having available parts 🙄 So, to be clear, there service center is G'money the rest can suck eggs. 😑

After a detailed discussions with Cody in service, Lum’s service tech was able to track down a factory TSB for my vehicle’s transmission regarding symptoms we were having, but would not duplicate on technician test drive. We waited a relatively short time while the TCM was reflashed with current updated software which ended up being covered under the GM Power Train warranty. I’ve been purchasing vehicles and bringing them into your service department since 2020. We recently purchased elsewhere and had an awful experience. Your team was quickly able to diagnose a crack in the frame. The vehicle had several other issues and thankfully I was able to unwind that loan. You guys didn’t even charge me for that inspection. Amazing. I did have to purchase my next vehicle elsewhere as what I was looking for wasn’t available at Lums. Great experience with Mana in sales and his sales manager regarding a high end used luxury car. No pressure and extremely honest regarding vehicle history and mechanical condition. They were very accommodating while I checked out the vehicle. Finance was also great to work with and respectful of my time.

Honestly, start to finish this was a great experience. In the day and age that we live in, it’s hard as a dealership to gain the trust and respect of the public. I have bought multiple vehicles from various different dealerships, and although I have had great experiences in the past, this has been the best one so far.

Natalie was awesome. She kept in touch when we needed, knew all the info we would need and patiently went over all the numbers. The website was also easy to use and helpful.
After visiting multiple dealerships and this one twice, I found it to be quite nice, it was a relaxed environment with no pressure to purchase. Mana (salesman) provided me with a couple vehicles to drive and was knowledgeable, personable and professional. I ended up leaving with the truck I wanted at a price I could afford. Their sales manager was also very helpful she walked me through my warranty and multiple lenders. She helped me get the best APR for the size of my loan. Lum’s GMC I will be back!

I drove to Lum’s to check out a GMC Denali. Both the salesman Jonny & the manager Jake did a phenomenal job answering questions and putting together the sale. Tiffany the finance manager helped me select the purchase agreement I asked for. It was hand down one of the best experiences I’ve had buying a car.
Patrick was an awesome sales man to deal with! No pressure at all. Looked at a used Chevy 3500 3 times over 2 days. Patrick was very patient while we made our decision. Only negative was that the paperwork from the finance department tool an extended amount of time due to multiple sales going on at the same time with other customers. This was the second vehicle we have purchased in the last six months. The other was at a dealership in Salem. Much more pleasant experience at Lums. Would highly recommend them!

This was my first car-buying experience with a dealership and it was excellent. I’d visited a few other dealerships in the Portland Metro during my search for a car, but was always met with disinterested and rude salesmen. Not at Lum’s though. Patrick and Natalie were incredibly kind, respectful and made me feel taken care of throughout the whole process. I was able to drive home in my dream car after only a few hours, thanks to how seamless they made the process. I will recommend everyone to the crew at Lum’s GMC from now on!
