Lums McMinnville staff provide exceptional service. Typically we purchase outside of McMinnville but decided to give Lums a try. So glad we did. Mana was awesome to work with because he listened to what we were looking for, friendly, professional and helpful. Ashley, Cody, Alice and the person who did my oil change (I don’t know his name) were all fantastic! Ashley took my initial call to set up my appointment. She was so nice, quick to answer the call and quick to find me a day and time that worked with my schedule. I have always had pleasant conversations with Ashley. Alice checked me for my appointment and took note of my engagement ring, sparking up conversation about this new exciting phase in my life. We talked wedding plans while she was checking me in. It really made me feel like part of the LUMS family. Likewise, Cody was seated nearby when I checked in. Cody sparked conversation about my little brother who recently embarked on a new life adventure. Cody joked with me about my brother in a friendly way, solidifying the feeling of being part of the family. My car was in for an oil change and was done within an hour. I’m not sure who did my oil change but they did fantastic. They even moved my seat back into its original position so I didn’t have to! My car is running great and I have no concerns. To be honest, I don’t even drive a Chevy. I drive a Ford. I don’t go to our local Ford dealership because I haven’t liked how they handle business and I haven’t appreciated how they spoke to me. Lums will forever have me as a customer so long as they continue to have the friendly and professional staff they currently employ. Everyone seems to know everyone and everyone looks happy to be there!

Wonderful experience . No hassles straight forward

The gentleman up front were very helpful. Would definitely recommend them to do service on your car. I would add that I was a little disappointed on the price of my oil change. The average is about 60.00- 80.00 dollars. I was charged 130.00. Also they called while working on it and said I needed an air filter, I asked how much they told me 79.00. When I picked it up the charge was 239.00. 150.00 for labor. That should have been told to me beforehand. It should not be 150.00 to put that in.

Best buying experience I've ever had! Johnny took me out in my 2023 gmc terrain test drive explaining any questions I had about the vehicle. Letting me test drive as long as I wanted. He was friendly, funny, and kind Letting me take all the time I needed checking under the hood. Looking under the vehicle and all the interior i never felt rushed or that I wasn't important. Doing the finances. Christina went over everything with me explaining in detail all the information. I didn't feel pressured into anything she made the experience fun and exciting with my new vehicle. Our family looks forward to continuing business with lums and there amazing team! I just had my oil change done and once again service was fast and efficient. She even held an umbrella over me after service on the way to my car since it was raining and the wind was blowing. That’s customer service in spades! Thanks Lums for being there when I need to have my car serviced!
