As a multi-year multi-vehicle Buyer and Service Client - I only have great things to say about the dealership and staff I did a trade-in with one of the vehicles I’ve serviced there for years and started another GMC lease for a new 1500 3.0D Sierra We had a couple of startup challenges that were quickly addressed and the performance of the truck has exceeded my expectations - I’m getting 22/24 City and 29/33 Highway and ~ 17/18 pulling trailers I’ve had a 2011 3500 HD Denali for over a decade and serviced it at Lums and a 2018 3500 HD Denali .. Not enough stars! The buying process was truly the easiest we have ever experienced. We entered as out of town strangers and left feeling we were part of their extended family. This was my first visit to Lum’s. I brought my vehicle in for airbag warranty repair. My interactions were with Ashley and Cody, both were delightful. The repair was done in a timely manner. I have absolutely no complaints.

This dealer is the absolute best car dealer I have ever dealt with in my 72 years. They are friendly, open and honest. It had been a most comfortable purchase. You can relax because nobody is going to pressure you in any way, you will be the one to make your decisions.
