We had an incredible experience with this company. Everyone involved went above and beyond to help my wife get her dream car. This vehicle was very hard to find and we did a whirlwind trip from Alaska to this awesome little town to get the only one in the entire northwest! They had the vehicle ready and turned us around and out of the dealership in under an hour all while providing some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced buying a car - which I do often. We were able to get in and out and make it back to Tacoma in time to ship our vehicle home to Alaska. Super thankful for this company and all the people who helped us!

My experience was great! I am 💯 satisfied with my purchase. I feel like they care about their customers. I had to get a new battery recently and when they heard about the car accident my child and babysitter were in that day Lums replaced my battery that day and told me not to worry about the bill it's on them this time. I almost cried happy tears. Thank you Lums for that!!

Ashley, Cody, Alice and the person who did my oil change (I don’t know his name) were all fantastic! Ashley took my initial call to set up my appointment. She was so nice, quick to answer the call and quick to find me a day and time that worked with my schedule. I have always had pleasant conversations with Ashley. Alice checked me for my appointment and took note of my engagement ring, sparking up conversation about this new exciting phase in my life. We talked wedding plans while she was checking me in. It really made me feel like part of the LUMS family. Likewise, Cody was seated nearby when I checked in. Cody sparked conversation about my little brother who recently embarked on a new life adventure. Cody joked with me about my brother in a friendly way, solidifying the feeling of being part of the family. My car was in for an oil change and was done within an hour. I’m not sure who did my oil change but they did fantastic. They even moved my seat back into its original position so I didn’t have to! My car is running great and I have no concerns. To be honest, I don’t even drive a Chevy. I drive a Ford. I don’t go to our local Ford dealership because I haven’t liked how they handle business and I haven’t appreciated how they spoke to me. Lums will forever have me as a customer so long as they continue to have the friendly and professional staff they currently employ. Everyone seems to know everyone and everyone looks happy to be there!

The service was performed in a timely manner, all expectations were met. The service advisor, Ashlea, was very helpful in identifying future tasks to be performed to maintain our vehicle in top notch performance. Highly recommend this shop for all vehicle needs.

I had some warranty work done and Cody who is awesome thought it would take several days to order the parts. One of the Service Techs found the parts sooner and it It was done the next day. I can not speak highly enough about the great customer service and how friendly all the employees are

I was immediately greeted when pulling in and directed to the service bay. Here i did an inspection of my truck with the service person. Came in for scheduled oil change. No upsell but notified of future maintenance needed. I decided to add one of the msintence items. It did add time to the work and was offered a ride home and return when finished. On top of a written inspection report they now send a link to a pdf you can read and save to look back on should there be an issue you want to take care of.

Not enough stars! The buying process was truly the easiest we have ever experienced. We entered as out of town strangers and left feeling we were part of their extended family. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. Shortly after delivery and to no fault of Lum’s, the new vehicle did have a problem. Their leadership worked very quickly with their GM partners to address the problem. Again, totally exceeding our expectations.

My experience at Lums was one of the best I have ever had. The staff were very nice and helpful and way beyond and above what I have ever experienced. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a new or used car to give them a try. On my last tuneup visit I wasn’t aware that my tuneup was going to be over 40 dollars more. I’m on a strict budget and it would’ve been nice to know ahead of time. Not after everything was done. They usually tell me a head of time, they didn’t tell me when I was making my appointment like they did earlier in the year, that’s why I thought it would be the same. Sandy
