Jonny was our Sales Consultant at Lum's and did an excellent job. He was very knowledable about the GMC trucks that we were interesting in purchasing. He provided a pressure-free environment for exploring our options. He was very friendly and courteos with our entire experience. He also stayed after closing hours to educate us on some of the features of our new truck. Overall, we do not like going to dealerships and feeling pressured to purchase a vehicle. This was a much different experience without pressure and a very positive experience. We also felt Jonny was sincere with his goal of making us feel very comfotable with the purchase of the vehicle and making us feel comfortable with all aspects of the vehicle. i would definitely recommend Lum's and Jonny to anyone looking for a GMC vehicle.

Purchasing my new truck from Zach at Lum's GMC was a pleasure. I had been looking for a particular truck for quite some time, and I had spoken with a wide variety of dealerships, salesmen and sales managers in the process. Most of them absolutely lived up to the typical negative expectation of what going through the car buying process evokes. This was certainly not the case with Zach and Lum’s GMC. From the start Zach was friendly, engaged and very helpful in trying to get me the truck that I was looking for. He seemed genuinely interested in earning my business. Everyone that my wife and I encountered when we went to purchase the vehicle was pleasant, polite and welcoming - from Brian the sales manager to Tiffany the finance manager and “Squirt” that filled up the tank before we left. Even when it came time to go to what is often described as the “dreaded finance office”, the experience was friendly and professional. Tiffany did a great job of offering and explaining all of the applicable options and services available, as well as what their relevant benefits were without ever making it feel like a high-pressure sales push. Lum’s is not my local dealer, and are actually not even in the top five closest dealerships to me, but they certainly are the one that I would choose to buy a vehicle from again, and they will be my first recommendation to anyone else that is looking.

I'm not your typical car shopper. I have shopped, purchased, and passed on cars for several decades. I am not an "easy sale", the salesperson, and the sales manager, are going to have to earn my business. I am, in the end, signing into a multi-year debt and getting a shiny utility box in exchange. I can say, without hesitation, that salesman Michah, and sales manager Brian have earned not only my trust (a rare thing in car sales), but my respect and appreciation in my dealings with Lums GMC. From rational, non-buzzword sales conversations, to frank and clear contextual exchanges about vehicle capabilities and my needs, to clear and concise conversations about budget and cost, my experience with Lums GMC has been a car buying oasis in a sea of mirage that currently fills the industry. As my wife and I go to pick up out latest years-long debt shiny box, I can recommend Micha, Brian & Lums as a dealership to anyone who might ask. They are, in the end, what I would hope (naively) other dealerships strive to be.
